December USPAP Q&A's

The Appraisal Foundation has posted the December USPAP Question and Answers. This month there are three questions, dealing with Real Estate Contracts being or not being provided. This Q&A is not very applicable to the personal property appraiser. The second covers Appraisal Report Labeling Confusion, which is very applicable to developing multiple valuations, using different approaches to value and the differences in reporting on a summary and self contained report. A very good, informative and short item that I recommend personal property appraisers read. The third deals with Reviewer Citations and USPAP, again not that informative, but could be useful in a review situation.
