Art Price recently released its 2008 art price trend report. It is on the web in PDF form and consists of 39 pages full of analysis and trending graphs. One of the interesting graphs to view is art price growth since 1990, with a steep increase around 2007 and then the drop off of late 2008 bring prices back to around the 2006 year level.
I need to print out the full file and read it in more detail. I will try to post on some of the more interesting details later in the week. Anyone interested in reading and making comments are of course welcome to. To read or download the full Art Price Trend Report for 2008 click HERE.
