A fellow appraiser asked me if I was aware of an appraisal organization called the International Fine Art Appraisers, based out 478 West Broadway of New York City. I am told when called the phone is answered as the Russeck Gallery. The group appears to have about 40 members according to the website, many in NY, but also in other states.Anyone know who this group is and their reputation?
