The new site has a growing list of contributors, now right around 25, while posts from professional appraisers are starting to show up. Some are for the beginner appraiser, while other content is for the more advanced appraiser. There is something for all appraisers, and as the site grows, and the posts multiply, the archives will be a very interesting and useful part of the site.
Recently there have been posts by:
- Francine Proulx, ASA, ISA AM on Marketing in a Down Economy
- Robert Corey, PH.D. on using indexes for adjusting comparable property values
- Jerry Sampson starting a series on creating and maintaining an appraisal library
- Corinne Caine, ASA of new Navajo rugs which appear to be old
- Daphne Rosenzweig, Ph.D., ISA CAPP listing Asian Ceramic web sites that may be useful to the appraiser
