Publication of the 2012 edition is now scheduled for April, to coincide with the ISA annual conference. Completed manuscripts must be submitted by October 15th. Minimum article length is 3,000 words. Scholarship is important to the professional and to the development of most professions. The importance of scholarship, including publishing is and should be no different for the personal property appraiser. The primary goal of the Foundation, and the journal as a tool, is to promote appraisal eduction and the expansion of knowledge. Appraisers, as professionals need tp show their dedication to the development of the profession and continue to expand and develop personal property principles and methodologies.
