Most Expensive Jewelers

The Business Insider just published a list of the most expensive jewelers in America as measured by average receipt amount.  Number one is Harry Winston in NYC with an average sales price of $8,388.00.  Note Tiffany is not on the list, as it does sell high end luxury items, the stores also sell less expensive items from within their inventory of merchandise.
