I had posted a few weeks ago on the upcoming ISA conference for personal property appraisers. This years conference in Chicago, from all early indicators, such as registration, tours, room blocks, sponsorship and buzz, may be one of our best ever, so you dont want to miss it. Dont hold me to this, but I believe one of the sponsors, the Foundation for Appraisal Education will be hosting an evening at Second City Comedy Club for a limited number of appraisers.
Last years conference in Tempe AZ was amazing. Planner Tom Helms, ISA CAPP and his team did an incredible job while the programs and networking were amazing. Last year we successfully unveiled the new ISA logo to members, and there will be some surprises announced in Chicago, as well. ISA leadership and conference planners has worked hard to continue the strong conference momentum which has been building for the past 5 years or so. We know how to put on an informative and entertaining conference.
The positive mood of the membership and attendees was amazing in Tempe. It looks as if Chicago is going to be the same, with the added benefit of being in downtown Chicago with easily accessible restaurants and clubs.
Hotel room blocks have a tendency to go quickly, so if you are a personal property appraiser, dealer or gallerist or allied professional, and are thinking of attending the best personal property conference in the profession, it might be best to register and book for Chicago early instead of late. You dont want to miss this conference.
