Job Offerings - Great Gatsby's Auction

Every once in a while I am contacted by someone with information about job offerings which might be of interest to the appraisal community.  I try not to make a habit of it, yet in the current economic environment, if I can help and pass along possible job and career opportunities, I like to get the word out.

Great Gatsby's Auction in Atlanta is currently looking for a furniture specialist and regional reps in the Birmingham, Alabama area and one in the Nashville, Tennessee area.

According to Marie Kowalik the regional representative positions, "are not full-time positions, but these would be qualified individuals who can make house calls on our behalf and do onsite reviews of potential consignments. Compensation would include reimbursement of travel expenses and a percentage of the hammer price (an average of 5%) of all accepted consignments".

The furniture specialist job posting is below in the block quote.
