Articheck

Fellow appraiser Xiliary Twil, ASA sent me a link to this new app called Articheck is a digital platform for condition reports.  I am still looking at it, but it looks interesting, and if reports can be exported, they could be useful in certain circumstances within an appraisal report. The site offers a free 30 day trial, then there is a monthly fee.  The website does not have a fee structure, but I will try to see what the cost is, and update this post.
