I just arrived in Ft Worth for the ISA conference, with record setting attendance and sponsorship. It should be a fun conference over the next few days.
The Appraisal Foundation has just released a chart giving guidance on what assignments appraisers can accept based upon USPAP. The Appraisal Standards Board developed the new factsheet which should assist appraisers in determining how to apply USPAP to different types of assignments.
