The new Collectrium webinar schedule has been published. I will be hosting a Webinar on November 17 with Collectrium Senior Collection Advisor Rebecca Rosenfield on saving time in preparing appraisal reports through Collectrium. The last webinar I participated in was well attended and the feedback on the webinar and using Collectrium for appraisals was very positive. I will also co-host a webinar with Rebeecca on December 15 on managing clients and getting new business through the Collectrium platform.
Last time I posted about co-hosting a Collectrium webinar for ISA members there was interest from non ISA appraisers seeking to join. I did not have the answer, but I do now. We had a conference call with Collectrium on Wed, and they are happy to allow any appraiser to participate in the webinar series to learn about the platform and appraisal module. But, to have a free two year subscription, which is now an ISA member benefit, you would need to join ISA. Of course you can also subscribe to Collectrium on your own, but it would actually be less expensive to join ISA. AAA certified and ASA Senior level members can easily bridge into the ISA AM level.
