Second Exposure Draft for Personal Property Qualifications Released

The Appraisal Foundation and the Appraisal Qualifications Board has released the second exposure draft for Personal Property Qualifications.  Comment period is through the end of September. I have printed the qualifications out but have not yet reviewed them.
